– The client is responsible for providing complete and truthful information for document preparation. / El cliente es responsable de proporcionar información completa y veraz para la elaboración de los documentos.
– Fastmites will provide the documents for review before submission. It is the client’s responsibility to verify and confirm that all information is correct before submission. / Fastmites entregará los documentos para revisión antes de su presentación. – Fastmites is not responsible for errors in documents once the client has approved them. / Fastmites no se hace responsable por errores en los documentos una vez que el cliente los haya aprobado.

– Provide consulting services based on the information provided by the client. / Brindar servicios de consultoría conforme a la información proporcionada por el cliente.
– Deliver the requested documents within the agreed timeframe. / Entregar los documentos solicitados dentro del plazo acordado.
– Monitor cases where this service has been contracted and notify the client of any changes or updates. / Monitorear los casos en los que se haya contratado este servicio y notificar al cliente sobre cambios o actualizaciones.

The Consultant will treat all shared information as confidential unless required by law. / El Consultor tratará toda la información compartida de manera confidencial, salvo en los casos requeridos por ley.

The Consultant will not be liable for legal decisions made by the Client or third parties based on the drafted documents or filled forms. The service is administrative in nature. / El Consultor no será responsable por decisiones legales tomadas por el Cliente o terceros con base en los documentos redactados o las planillas llenadas. El servicio es de naturaleza administrativa.

The Consultant will not be liable for any non-compliance due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, technological disruptions, or any other unforeseen situation. / El Consultor no será responsable por incumplimientos derivados de eventos fuera de su control, como desastres naturales, interrupciones tecnológicas o cualquier otra situación imprevista.

This contract does not establish an exclusive relationship between the parties. The Consultant may provide services to other clients simultaneously. / Este contrato no establece una relación exclusiva entre las partes. El Consultor puede prestar servicios a otros clientes simultáneamente.

Documents created by the Consultant will be the property of the Client once completed and delivered. The Consultant may retain copies for filing or reference purposes. / Los documentos creados por el Consultor serán propiedad del Cliente una vez completados y entregados. El Consultor podrá conservar copias para fines de archivo o referencia.

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation clearly, truthfully, and completely. The Consultant is not responsible for the accuracy of this information. / El Cliente se compromete a proporcionar toda la información y documentación necesaria de manera clara, veraz y completa. El Consultor no será responsable por la veracidad de esta información.

The Client agrees that it is their responsibility to seek professional legal advice if needed. Fastmites does not replace nor represent a lawyer. / El Cliente acepta que es responsable de buscar asesoría legal profesional si es necesario. Fastmites no sustituye ni representa a un abogado.

The Consultant will provide the documents to the Client for review. The Client must read them thoroughly and confirm that all data is correct. The Consultant will not be responsible for errors in the data after the document has been approved by the Client. / El Consultor entregará los documentos al Cliente para su revisión. El Cliente deberá leerlos detenidamente y confirmar que todos los datos son correctos. El Consultor no será responsable por errores en los datos después de la aprobación del documento por parte del Cliente.

The Client declares that the documents and information provided do not violate local or international laws. Fastmites is not responsible for the misuse of the provided information. / El Cliente declara que los documentos y la información proporcionados no infringen leyes locales o internacionales. Fastmites no se hace responsable por el uso indebido de la información proporcionada.

The Client may terminate the contract by written notice. If the process has already begun, no refund will be issued. If the process has not been initiated by Fastmites, a full refund will be issued. The Consultant reserves the right to cancel services if misuse or lack of information from the Client is detected. / El Cliente podrá rescindir el contrato mediante notificación por escrito. En caso de que el trámite ya haya comenzado, no se efectuará devolución del abono. Si el trámite no ha sido iniciado por Fastmites, se procederá con la devolución total del dinero abonado. El Consultor se reserva el derecho de cancelar los servicios en caso de detectar uso indebido o falta de información por parte del Cliente.

– All payments must be made prior to the service being rendered. / Todos los pagos deben realizarse antes de la prestación del servicio.
– Once the service has started, **no refunds** will be issued unless an error attributable to Fastmites occurs. / Una vez iniciado el servicio, **no se realizarán reembolsos**, salvo en caso de un error atribuible a Fastmites.
– If the client requires modifications after document approval, these may be subject to an additional charge. / Si un cliente requiere modificaciones después de la aprobación de un documento, estas podrán estar sujetas a un cargo adicional.

– Fastmites will deliver the documents in the agreed format and medium. / Fastmites entregará los documentos en el formato y medio acordado con el cliente.
– We do not guarantee approval of requests by government agencies or the response times of such agencies. / No garantizamos la aprobación de solicitudes por parte de agencias gubernamentales ni los tiempos de respuesta de dichas entidades.

Fastmites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect as soon as they are posted. / Fastmites se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento.
